Do you have form templates?
For non-trial users, we currently offer several common templates such as "Contact Us" and "Order System". We are adding more templates over time. You can also tell us which templates you need.
How long until I receive the email?
Usually about 10 minutes. If multiple form submissions arrive during that time, the system automatically combines them into a single email. We are considering letting users choose their own delivery frequency, and hope to roll this out soon.
Will there be spam?
For emails sent by our system, we have tested major free email providers—including Sohu, NetEase, and Tencent—and none of them flag our messages as spam. If your email provider treats our messages as spam, please let us know.
For form submissions, we provide an image CAPTCHA to prevent automated spam and bot submissions. The chance of someone manually submitting spam is very low.
For Standard and Premium users, you can also enable IP restrictions, so a single IP address can only submit once per hour—even clearing the cache won't help. This nearly eliminates spam.
For submitted content, we perform basic validation of required fields and email addresses. We are considering adding phone-number verification, and hope to complete this soon.
What hardware or software is required?
To build or modify forms, you need IE 9+, Firefox, or Chrome, preferably on a desktop computer. There are few requirements for your end users who only view and submit forms—they can even use a smartphone to fill in and submit.
Can I use this system on my phone?
Your end users can fill in forms on a phone and read the emails they receive on a phone. However, building and modifying forms requires a larger screen and a more modern browser.
Do you store the submitted form content?
No. To protect user privacy, we do not store submitted form content. Technically, we use in-memory caching to improve speed, and that cache is cleared quickly so no information is retained. We only store submitted content when Premium users explicitly choose to record submissions in order to generate reports.
